Exchange and Return (Online Store)
We take pride in making sure that all items are checked before mailing. In unlikely situations whereby a defect is found, we will accept an exchange within 7 days from the order date. All exchanges will be done on a case by case basis.
Sales items/discounted items/items purchased with promotional codes are not eligible for exchanges.
For all items purchased through our online store at SHOPSASSYDREAM.COM will not be valid for a direct exchange/refund at our retail stores. Please contact our online store directly for assistance if needed.
Do we accept returns?
Yes we do accept returns for all regular-priced apparels (excluding the use of promotional code/sale items) for store credit. You will be issued with a store credit code that has a validity period of a month. Please note that $1.50 will be deducted due to the subsidized courier fee that was exhausted in the initial purchase. There will be strictly no cash refunds. Please email us at email@example.com with the subject header "Return - Your Order ID" and wait for further instructions before mailing the item back to us.
If the conditions stated under "General Exchange and Return Terms" are not met, we reserve the right to reject your return.
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
1: Defective Item Received
2: Incorrect Item Received
3: Sizing Exchange (Valid for Regular-Priced Apparels only) - With effect from 1st July 2018, sizing exchanges will be classified as returns. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject header "Return - Your Order ID" and wait for further instructions.
We regret to inform that we do not accept exchanges for international orders at the moment. Do rest assured that all items will be specially checked before mailing.
Take a clear snapshot of the defect and email to us at email@example.com within 7 days from order date. Please wait for further instructions before mailing the parcel back to us.
What are not considered defective?
1: Slight Measurement Difference: Please note that there might be a slight difference of 0.5" to 1" in measurements provided as all products are mass produced. This will not be classified as defect.
2: Differences in colours: Due to different monitor settings, colour of apparel may differ. As such, the variances in colours are not classify as defects.
3: Deliberate Damage: Deliberate damage is done to the item in order to make item eligible for exchange. Eg: Pen marks, pencil markings, coffee stains, food stains, perfume stains, create a hole deliberately, deliberately remove a button etc
4: Tarnished Jewelery: When jewelery such as (necklace or earring) were exposed to air for a prolonged period or contact with chemicals such as perfume, it might tarnished. We are not responsible for tarnished jewelery. Each jewelery is specially checked for and packed with air bubbles before it is sold.
5: Personal Preferences: Personal dislikes of certain colours,material,floral placement etc, differences in personal interpretation of the products etc.
6: Variances in Printed/Dyes Apparels: For printed/dyed apparels (such as floral prints/denim/crochet/lace), do note that there may be slight variance due to fabric placement. Requests for exchange due to such reasons will be rejected.
Shop Sassy Dream reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice.
General Exchange and Return Terms
1) We must be notified of any exchange/return within 7 days from the Order Date. If your request is approved, it has to be completed within the next 3 working days. Request for exchange therefore will not be entertained.
2) Exchanges/returns will be handled strictly by mail only.
3) Any item must be returned in original conditions, with the tag intact, unworn/unwashed without any man-made stains/perfume stains or scents/deliberate damage etc. Returned items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer (delivery fees applicable). We reserve the rights to reject a return if it is not in its original conditions.
4) Any exchange/return will be one-time and will not be applicable for a second exchange.
5) If any replacement piece is out of stock at the point of receipt, store credit excluding initial and subsidized postage fees will be issued.
6) Customers will be fully responsible for the postage fees incurred for the exchange or return.
