FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

We provide returns for all regular priced items purchased from our online store. Please take note of the following to ensure a smooth return experience.

All returns will be refunded via e-store credit with a 3 months validity. We do not offer a cash refund policy.

You will not be able to make any cross exchanges for your online purchase at our retail store which operates with a different inventory/management system.

Return Criteria

  • We must be notified of any return within 14 days from the Order Date. If your request is approved, it has to be completed within the next 5 working days. Request for return thereafter will be rejected.
  • Any item must be returned in original conditions, with the tag intact, unworn/unwashed without any man-made stains/perfume stains or scents/deliberate damage etc. Returned items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer (delivery fees applicable). We reserve the rights to reject a return if it is not in its original conditions.
  • Orders purchased with Birthday Discounts & other promotional discounts cannot be returned.
  • Any return will be one-time and will not be applicable for a second return.
  • Customers will be fully responsible for the postage fees incurred for the return.
  • Please note that $2.50 will be deducted if your order falls below $60 after the return. This is to offset the complimentary courier provided in the initial order.
  • DO NOT mail drop off any returns before receiving return confirmation email.

Return Instructions

You may make a return by submitting your return requests online via your account under the "Players Details" tab. (My Account > Player Details > Make A Return)

Once you have done so, a RMA number (RMA-203XXXXXX-1) will be issued. Do allow 1-2 working days for our team to process your return request.

If the return request is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

You will be required to print out a return form for successful return request. Kindly include the form together with your returns in SSD clear packaging.

You may return your online purchase via the following options below:

  • Postage delivery to our warehouse
  • Drop off at our retail store at Plaza Singapura, #B1-30/34

We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

1: Defective Item Received

2: Incorrect Item Received

Take a clear snapshot of the defect and email to us at order@shopsassydream.com within 14 days from order date.

Any defective exchange/return requested after the time frame of 14 days of receiving your order will not be accepted.

Please wait for further instructions before mailing the parcel back to us.

What are not considered defective?

1: Slight Measurement Difference: Please note that there might be a slight difference of 0.5" to 1" in measurements provided as all products are mass produced. This will not be classified as defect.

2: Differences in colours: Due to different monitor settings, colour of apparel may differ. As such, the slight variances in colours are not classify as defects.

3: Deliberate Damage: Deliberate damage is done to the item in order to make item eligible for exchange. Eg: Pen marks, pencil markings, coffee stains, food stains, perfume stains, create a hole deliberately, deliberately remove a button etc

4: Personal Preferences: Personal dislikes of certain colours,material,floral placement etc, differences in personal interpretation of the products etc.

5: Variances in Printed/Dyes Apparels: For printed/dyed apparels (such as floral prints/denim/crochet/lace), do note that there may be slight variance due to fabric placement. Requests for exchange due to such reasons will be rejected.
